Haiku #1

 I've been inspired by a former colleague to write these short poems. She's been posting one a day for a year now. (They girl has mad skills). I'm nowhere as good as she is but  I've enjoyed hers so much that I think I'm going to try it out myself and see what pours out of me. It's also a great way to see what I'm up to when I don't post on here. Sometimes I feel like I don't want to bore  you guys with the details of my day. So here goes my first attempt.
